"The Storm - Its Coming"

by Dustin James Yoe

Its coming.
I will see the storm through.

The sun rises and the clouds roll in
The sky is grey and the hurricane winds blow, the hail and sleet hit hard like cannnons.
I will see the storm through.

The red hot inferno blazes on
A holocaust has started and ashes fly
I will see the storm through.

The ground splits open,
The earth shakes violently and creates fissures.
I will see the storm through.

The winds start to swirl around
And a tornado swallows everything and spits up debris every which way.
I will see the storm through.

Fire rocks shower the sky
And the volcano erupting with lava smothering everything
I will see the storm through.

I see the clouds coming in and the sky fades to black, darker than the darkest night without the moon and stars
The black wind howls as it begins to blow; the clouds pour out their hearts
No one listens, thats when the thunder rolls in
And the lightning strikes with heaven's fury, lashing out.
The storm is coming
And I will see it through to the end.
Whatever it takes
